Currently employed at Typeform, Naomi is responsible for leading the product development team and driving product strategy for the company. Prior to her current role, Naomi worked as a Senior Product Manager at Intercom, where she led the customer support use case teams. During her tenure, she was responsible for establishing the vision for handling support conversations in the future, driving product strategy, team roadmaps, and launches, and owning the experience, growth, and revenue for support products, including Help Center and Answer Bot.
